Submission of an enquiry through this website does not by itself constitute a confirmed room reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Pranav Homestay confirms availability and communicates the applicable booking confirmation and any required payment conditions.

Room rates, taxes, advance requirements and payment terms may vary depending on room type, dates, occupancy and other booking conditions. The applicable amount and payment requirements will be communicated before or at the time the reservation is confirmed.
